As more professionals choose freelancing, fractional leadership, and consulting careers, OPA delivers the resources, connections, and legitimacy they need to thrive in this new ecosystem.
Our Story
We are fractional and freelance professionals in marketing, finance, HR, law, operations, sales and tech.
Founded in 2025 by a coalition of successful freelancers, fractional executives, and industry supporters, OPA emerged from a shared frustration: despite the massive economic impact of independent workers, no organization truly served their unique needs.
We're building the association we always wanted – one focused on practical value, genuine community, and advancing the interests of outsourced professionals at every stage of their journey.
